Fees and Payments
If you purchase paid services, fees are as stated in the order form. Payment obligations are generally non-cancelable and fees non-refundable except where required or stated otherwise.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to amounts paid in the prior 12 months, subject to applicable law.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, and the parties consent to Delaware jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules where applicable.
